The phrase Mission Box has its origin in recruiting duty while serving in the military. Recruiting expectations were to always “make mission”, however only the best organizations would achieve what is called “Mission Box.” This meant they sourced specific individuals by an exact category based on the needs of the military, which is extremely hard to accomplish. Earning this distinct recruiting achievement recognized an organization's precision recruiting focus and excellence. This inspired our name as Mission Box Solutions because we always “Mission Box”.
