is a veteran-led, SBA-Certified SDVOSB helping Dental Organizations and Government Contractors strengthen workforce capacity through workforce infrastructure, Pipeline-as-a-Service (PaaS), recruiting solutions, staffing support, and Key Personnel capture.
Across both Dental and GovCon environments, workforce shortages create operational pressure, reduce capacity, and slow organizational growth. Our mission is to help organizations build predictable access to talent, strengthen workforce readiness, and support long-term performance through structured, scalable workforce solutions.
Rather than relying solely on traditional recruiting models, we focus on creating workforce systems that help organizations reduce vacancy risk, improve workforce continuity, and maintain operational readiness.

Founded by a 20-year Army Veteran and his Military Spouse with over 15 years of recruiting experience in military, commercial, and government sectors. The phrase Mission Box has its origin in recruiting duty while serving in the military.
Recruiting expectations were to always “make mission”, however only the best organizations would achieve what is called “Mission Box.” This inspired our name as Mission Box Solutions because we always “Mission Box”.
